Telehealth Only: We provide therapy exclusively through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions. This means you can access care from the comfort and privacy of your own space, anywhere in Maryland.

Private Pay Practice: At this time, we are a private pay practice. However, we are actively working toward joining insurance panels to expand access to our services.

Affordable Options: We believe that quality mental health care should be within reach. We offer sliding scale rates and a limited number of pro bono (no-cost) appointments for those experiencing financial hardship.
